What are the costs for an order? - The minimum Lego parts and pieces order amount is £3.00 GBP. postage is added at the end of the checkout process.
I don't have a Paypal acccount can I still place on order? - Paypal is preferred but you can make a card payment with stripe.
Ordering and Stripe payments - payment will be captured upon the order being placed.
Can I place an international order? - Yes Warehouse Hanger 51 by Brickology® sends post worldwide.
When will my order be dispatched? - The dispatch time for Warehouse Hanger 51 by Brickology® is 1 to 3 working days.
What postal services are available? - Most items will be sent with Royal Mail. You can choose between 1st and 2nd class post.
What is the difference between 1st and 2nd class post? - 1st class post is a 1 to 2 day service from dispatch, 2nd class post is a 2 to 3 day service from dispatch.
Do you guarantee next day dispatch or offer express delivery? - No the minimum dispatch time is 1 to 3 days. Express delivery services are not offered as these have a high cost.
Do you offer free delivery? - No all postage costs are paid for after you have selected your parts and pieces at the end of the checkout process.
The postage cost seems high why is this? - All postal services offered are insured for transport and or tracked if available. These prices have to cover postal services, packaging and transaction costs and seller invested time to pick and process and transport your order for shipping.
How will my order be packed for shipping? - All parts will be sent in grip seal bags. Minifigures will come in their own grip seal bag. Orders will be sent in bubble lined envelopes or boxed with care as needed.
Can I add items to my order after I have summited and payed for my order? - Yes you can add to your order as long as this is before your order reaches processed status. There is a small fee for this service.
Can I cancel my order? - Yes you can cancel as long as this is before your order has been processed and packed for shipping. Your refund will be minus the incurred orignal transaction fee for using Paypal.
I can't see a postal service I want to use or none is available during the checkout process? - Use request a quote for a shipping estimate.
What happens if I place an order without postal insurance? - You the buyer at your own risk will be liable for any loss or damage incurred during transport after your order has been dispatched. Orders with no insurance will not be compensated for with any kind of refund.
Can I track my order? - Orders over a value of £20 will be sent tracked.
Returns - Can I Return My Order - NO Warehouse Hanger 51 by Brickology® does not accept returns
Lost And Undelivered Post - You have 14 days from the date of order to raise an issue with not receiving your order
Request A Quote - Missing or incorrect website user input catalog data which is outside of my control can affect automated postage evaluations at checkout. Please use request a quote before ordering for the cheapest possible postage rate available and to have your parts and pieces checked for size and weight. Partial refunds will not be offered after you have legally chosen to accept the costs and placed your order.
